The incident happened around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in Bucktown.
Police said the two suspects stole a lime green 2014 Ford Mustang from two men in their 20s around 9:15 p.m. Thursday near 115th and Church streets.
Just after 10 p.m., three people went up to the woman's white Volkswagen in the 500 block of North Austin and took it at gunpoint, according to Chicago Police.
Officers later saw the vehicle speeding, but didn't chase it, instead finding it crashed into a building at 3000 N. Laramie, police said.
The carjacking came on the heels of a series of purse snatchings in the Chinatown area.
The crime and chase spanned the western suburbs and ended in a collision in Forest Park, police say.
The confrontation was caught on camera at a North Side gas station, CBS 2's Dana Kozlov reports.
Noriyhea Evans, 18, is charged with one felony count of vehicular hijacking, police said.
