The three males announced a robbery and took the victim's cellphone and wallet. The man was shot in the right arm and the three males ran away.
About 9:20 p.m., the 54-year-old man was hit in the chest multiple times in the 5600 block of West Chicago Avenue, Chicago Police said. Officers responded to a call of a person shot and discovered the man lying in the street.
