Autopsy: Woman Found Dead In Roseland Home Was Stabbed In Neck

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A woman who was found dead in her South Side Roseland home Friday morning was stabbed in the neck and her death has been ruled a homicide, an autopsy has determined.

Aurelia Wilborn, 64, was pronounced dead at her home in the 10800 block of South Calumet Avenue at 10:35 a.m., according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's office.

An autopsy on Saturday found that she died of an incise wound to the neck and her death was ruled a homicide, according to the medical examiner's office.

Police said Wilborn's vehicle was not at her home and had not been located as of late Friday.

Area South detectives are investigating her death.
