CHICAGO (CBS) -- Hundreds called for action Tuesday night on behalf of women not seen or heard in the "We Walk for Her" march through Bronzeville.
Their cases remain unsolved.
One of those women is Shantieya Smith, who was reported missing in May 2018 and was later found dead under a car in a garage in Lawndale. Her body was decomposed. The cause of death was ruled as a homicide with signs of blunt trauma.
Three years later, her cousin said no one has been charged in her murder, and calls to detectives have gone unanswered.
