Thousands Run Half Marathon In Below Freezing Temperatures
Chicago (CBS) -- Thousands of runners and walkers braved the wind and cold along the Lakefront during Chicago's Original Winter Half Marathon Saturday.
There was also a 5K option.
Even some brave spectators showed up to cheer on friends and family.
The run raised money for Girls in the Game, a charity that helps girls discover strength and confidence through sports and leadership programs.
