T-Mobile Customers Hit By Nation-Wide Outages; Engineers Working To Resolve Issue
CHICAGO (CBS)--Service is getting back to normal after Monday's widespread outages at T-Mobile.
Users had problems making calls and sending texts on Monday. The company says engineers are working to resolve a broad routing issue affecting both services.
Users from the other big networks reported similar problems.
Spokespeople for Verizon and At&T say their networks were working normally, but customers couldn't call T-Mobile users.
