Suspect In Puppy-Napping Case
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Police in Naperville have a suspect in a series of puppy-napping cases at suburban pet stores.
Surveillance video shows a woman stealing a young maltese puppy from a Petland in Bolingbrook.
The Aurora Beacon News reports that police identified a suspect, but no charges have been filed.
Officers believe she also stole puppies from a Petland in Naperville and another from a store near St. Louis.
The puppies were later dropped off at another Petland store last weekend.
