Sunday morning storms prompt ground stop at O'Hare International Airport
Storms passed through the Chicago area early Sunday, prompting a ground stop at O'Hare International Airport.
The Federal Aviation Administration said a ground stop was in place at O'Hare until 7:15 a.m.
Scattered showers and isolated storms were expected on Sunday morning.
A warm and breezy afternoon is expected with highs in the mid-80s and gusts up to 25 mph possible.
