Zespri SunGold Kiwitini
Ingredients
- 1 Zespri Sungold Kiwifruit
- 1 ½ ounces vodka
- 1 ounce sweet and sour mix
- Ice
- Sliced kiwifruit for garnish
Instructions
- Peel and slice kiwi and place in shaker.
- Muddle slices.
- Add vodka, sweet and sour mix and ice then shake and strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with a slice of SunGold kiwi.
