Man Shot By Unknown Offender In East Chatham Neighborhood
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A 58-year-old man was shot Saturday evening in the 8000 block of South Ingleside Avenue in the East Chatham neighborhood.
Police said at 6:27 p.m., the man was in the backyard of an apartment complex when he was shot in the back by an unknown offender.
He was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center in stable condition. Area Two detectives are investigating.
