Olsen: Biggest Home Game Since NFC Championship

For the rest of the Bears' season, every game is important. With the Packers only one game back, the Bears are in a must win situation, especially with the Patriots coming to town.

And the Bears know exactly what they'll be dealing with on Sunday afternoon.

"They're the Patriots," Greg Olsen said on the Laurence Holmes Show. "I think everyone knows that they're going to be good every year. [Monday] night was really the first time I had watched them. [I] watched a little tape when I went in [on Tuesday]. I think they're good."

Already this week, there has been some talk that the Patriots' defense being the weak link of the team. Olsen quickly put those talks to rest.

"I think they're good," Olsen said. "They have the youngest defense in the league. I think early on that got them off to a rocky start. And their offense, being so multiple and good, bailed them out of a lot of games by scoring so many points. But, I think their defense, lately, has come on and they have a lot of playmakers, a lot of guys who can run and be physical.

With Tom Brady and Bill Belichick, the Patriots will be prepared to play after a short week. The Bears probably haven't had a more important game all season than this one.

"I think it's going to be a big challenge," Olsen said. "I would say this is probably the biggest home game we've probably had since the NFC Championship [in 2006]."
