Miller: 'It's Payback Time' For Bears

There will be a lot of talk about matchups and story lines this week, as the Chicago Bears prepare for a rematch against the Seattle Seahawks. The most obvious story line? Revenge.

It wasn't until after the Green bay Packers beat the Philadelphia Eagles that the Bears knew who they would face this Sunday in Soldier Field. And because of that, last week's preparation wasn't geared towards the Eagles or Seahawks.

"They certainly were going to focus on New Orleans," former Bears quarterback and current analyst, Jim Miller said on the Danny Mac Show. "Because they know Seattle."

They know the Seahawks very well. In week six, the Seahawks came into Chicago and beat the Bears 23-20, in one of their worst losses of the season.

"I'm going to be honest with you," Miller said. "Seattle had a great gameplan coming into Chicago [in week six], in what they were able to accomplish. But the Bears played horrific football that day."

The loss to Seattle came in a two-game stretch when the Bears lost at home to two teams they should have easily beat, the Seahawks and the Washington Redskins. Those were losses that stuck with the Bears and were fuel for the team's critics.

"I have to believe the Bears feel very good about the revenge factor in the team that they're facing," Miller said. "I think they're going to put a hurting on the Seattle Seahawks. It's payback time and the Bears are grateful to have this opportunity."
