Metra Train Evacuated After Traction Motor Fire
(CBS) -- A Milwaukee District North Line Metra train was evacuated Tuesday evening due to a fire.
The train was stopped in Morton Grove near Dempster on its way to Fox Lake. A Metra spokesman says it was a traction motor fire and the problematic motor is not near the passengers.
There are no reports of any injuries. It is not known how long the delay will last.
