Medline Holds Major Mask, Hand Sanitizer Giveaway In Waukegan
WAUKEGAN, Ill. (CBS) -- A major mask giveaway was held Saturday at the Medline Industries facility in Waukegan.
The health care company gave out 50,000 reusable masks and bottles of hand sanitizer from 10 a.m. until noon.
There were lines and lines of cars queued up for the products.
Some local and state officials were also alongside Medline workers volunteering their time.
Medline said it is perfectly positioned to help because it manufactures personal protective equipment.
