Chicago man charged with hitting a CTA worker

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A Chicago man is charged with hitting a CTA worker.

Thirty-five-year-old Monte Murphy allegedly attacked the 55-year-old employee near the Midway Orange Line stop Tuesday morning.

He was arrested minutes later and charged with aggravated battery.
