Lightfoot Urges Political Candidates To Refrain From In Person Get Out The Vote Activities
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Mayor Lori Lightfoot and Chicago's first lady cast their ballots in Illinois' Democratic Primary Saturday.
The couple visited the early voting site at Northeastern Illinois University's El Centro campus on the city's Northwest Side.
Lightfoot also urged political candidates to refrain from in person Get Out The Vote activities during these final days of campaigning.
The Illinois primary is Tuesday.
