Jerry Sandusky To Remain On Suicide Watch
(WSCR) According to a report, former Penn State defensive coordinator Jerry Sandusky, who was convicted on 45 counts of child sex-abuse, will remain on suicide watch as a precaution until he meets with a doctor later this week.
Acting prison administrator Denise Elbell also said Sunday that Sandusky will see a counselor this week.
Sandusky is being held in isolation at the Centre County Correctional Facility while he awaits sentencing.
"He has no interaction with other inmates," Elbell said. "Most of the time he'll just sit on his bunk, and he basically looks at the wall or at the officer."
