Indiana Dunes Gains National Park Designation Today
CHICAGO (CBS)--The Indiana Dunes is set to become the newest U.S. National Park today.
A ceremonial ribbon-cutting will be held this morning at the park's Miller Woods section, in Gary.
Congress and President Trump approved the designation in February.
The Dunes is more than 15,000 acres.
