Groce Completes Illini Staff By Hiring Missouri's Chew
(CBS) New Illinois head coach John Groce completed his staff Wednesday by hiring Missouri assistant Isaac Chew, according to multiple reports.
Chew is a Chicago native who was once named Public League Blue West Player of the Year at Wells High School.
The assistant coached at Missouri for one season after spending four seasons at Murray State.
Chew joins assistants Dustin Ford and Jamall Walker, who came with Groce from Ohio.
