Crews Begin Removing Graffiti Near Expressway Ramp
CHICAGO (CBS)-- Streets and Sanitation crews are painting over the graffiti at an expressway ramp at Harrison Street and Spaulding Avenue.
This is part of a new partnership between Streets and Sanitation and IDOT to remove graffiti and trash in five major cleanup projects.
This comes nearly three months after IDOT told CBS 2 that crews could either clean up graffiti and litter or fill potholes, but could not do both.
