Fire leaves house severely damaged in Ford Heights, Illinois
Investigators in the south Chicago suburb of Ford Heights were trying Sunday morning to determine what sparked a house fire the day before.
The fire broke out on Saturday afternoon in the 1100 block of Drexel Avenue in Ford Heights.
Firefighters quickly put out the flames, but the house was severely damaged, with the siding melting.
Officials said no one was hurt in the fire.
