The fire broke out just before 1 a.m. Tuesday at 35th Street and Francisco Avenue, just south of the Stevenson Expressway in the Brighton Park neighborhood.
The fire began in a two-story house, and fast-moving flames spread from one home to another. The house next door was also damaged.
The cause of the fire remained under investigation Tuesday morning.
