Fire Breaks Out At Home In Homer Glen
HOMER GLEN, Ill. (STMW) -- A fire broke out early Sunday at a home in south suburban Homer Glen.
Firefighters responded at 5:30 a.m. to a still alarm at a home in the 15400 block of South Scott Drive, Homer Township Fire Protection District Capt. Troy Essenburg said.
The fire occurred in the back of the vacant home, Essenburg said.
There were no injuries but the home was uninhabitable due to the fire, Essenburg said.
The fire was extinguished about 5:45 a.m., Essenburg said.
