Crews Work To Repair Water Main Break Near Willis Tower

CHICAGO (CBS) --City crews said they've finally got the upper hand on a water main break near the Willis Tower.

It happened Thursday night as freezing temperatures caused the 12-inch water main to burst.

Workers were able to shut off the water, but they had to dig up the street to fix it. Workers were on the scene Thursday restoring concrete barricades will stay in place until Friday.

One lane of Adams is back open to traffic.
