Chicagoans Rally For Alternative To Clinton, Trump For President
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Nearly two dozen people rallied in downtown Chicago Sunday to push for a third candidate in the U.S. presidential election.
Darletta Scruggs, with the Socialist Alternative and the Movement for Bernie in Chicago, said she was excited when Bernie Sanders came on the scene and vowed to fight against corruption.
But now she's disappointed that he decided to drop out.
Scruggs joined others in calling for support of Green Party candidate, Jill Stein.
They marched down Michigan Avenue waving signs, many of which still read "feel the Bern."
