Chicago West Side Church Donates Hot Food, Hygiene Supplies To Homeless
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A church on Chicago's West side is hoping to spread some love to the homeless community this Valentine's Day.
Good Hope Free Will Baptist Church will hand out hot meals and hygiene supplies Monday with the help of DoorDash's community credits program with $3,000 worth of food that's available.
The event begins at noon and runs until 3:00 Monday afternoon This is also a chance for people to create a sense of community.
