Chicago's Buckingham Fountain turning on for summer season
Chicago's Buckingham Fountain is turning on for the summer season on Saturday.
A summer festival will be held on Saturday in Grant Park in celebration, starting at 11:30 a.m.
The fountain will switch on between noon and 12:20 p.m., organizers said.
The family-friendly event will feature preview performances from the Chicago Park District's Night Out in the Parks event lineup.
