Neighbor's Stove Left On Appears To Be The Cause Of Death For A Hyde Park Man
CHICAGO (CBS)-- A man in Hyde Park is dead in what appears to be carbon monoxide poisoning.
Chicago fire crews and Peoples Gas crews arrived at an apartment building just east of 53rd and Cottage Grove.
Inside one apartment, they found a stove left on.
The 70-year-old man's body was then discovered in a unit across the hall. His death is now under investigation.
No one else was hurt.
