Campoli: Blackhawks Face 'Exciting' Challenge With Canucks

For the third straight season, the Chicago Blackhawks and the Vancouver Canucks will play each other in the playoffs. One of the keys to the Blackhawks eliminating the Canucks in the first two matchups was traffic in front of the net.

"I haven't been a part of it, but from an outsider looking in, that's something Chicago has had success with," Blackhawks defenseman Chris Campoli said on the Danny Mac Show. "And it's going to be no secret, it'll be part of the gameplan, for sure, along with competing and making it difficult on their blue line. I think establishing a forecheck is going to be key for us in the series. And if we can do that, and get pucks at [Roberto Luongo], and kind of cause confusion the way we do in the offensive end, I think we'll have success and fair well in the series."

The over the past three seasons, regular season and postseason, the Blackhawks and Canucks have had some intense battles and games that have gone down to the wire, this playoff series should be no different.

"I think it's going to be a tight series," Campoli said. "It's going to be exciting for the fans. And as a player, these are the challenges, you know, in life, you want to get up for and kind of persevere through, and it's exciting."
