Bulls-Heat Gets Second Highest TV Rating Since 2002

Plenty of buzz followed the Chicago Bulls' 87-86 win over the Miami Heat on Sunday. There was the crying incident and the fact that the Bulls swept the Heat in their season series.

But there was also plenty of interest during the game, as the matchup garnered ABC their second highest rating for an early afternoon NBA telecast, excluding Christmas Day games, since they reacquired rights to the broadcast games in 2002.

The game pulled in a 3.6 overnight rating, just behind the 3.9 that the Heat-Cetlics matchup from February recorded.
