Best Small Business Saturday Shopping In Chicago

You know about Black Friday and Cyber Monday, but have you heard of Small Business Saturday? Held the Saturday after Thanksgiving (this year, it's on Nov. 28), the day encourages shoppers to skip the big-box retailers and do some shopping at smaller stores in their own community. The event, which was first held in 2010, encourages shoppers to seek out independent retailers for a change of pace. If you're doing some holiday shopping, then consider taking a look at these five retailers on Small Business Saturday in the Chicago area.
