--- Running back Matt Forte had 175 yards of total offense -- 117 rushing and 58 receiving. It was the 23rd game of Forte's career in which he totaled 150 or more yards from scrimmage. Since entering the league in 2008, Forte leads the NFL in games with 150-plus yards from scrimmage.
--- Forte's 58 receiving yards came on six catches, bringing his season total to 67. That's tied for the fourth-most in the NFL. Pittsburgh's Antonio Brown leads the way with 79 catches.
--- Alshon Jeffery had 11 catches Sunday, the second-most in a single game in his NFL career. His 135 receiving yards were his fourth-most in a single game.
--- Brandon Marshall's two touchdown catches pulled him into a fifth-place tie for most receiving touchdowns in franchise history. Ken Kavanaugh leads the way with 50 touchdown receptions, between 1940-'50.
--- Bears defensive end Willie Young had his eighth sack of the season Sunday. That's 11th-most in the NFL this season.
