ATM stolen during smash-and-grab in downtown Chicago
An ATM was taken during a smash-and-grab burglary in Chicago's Loop early Friday morning.
Chicago police said around 5:15 a.m., three people crashed a black SUV into a business in the 400 block of South Clark Street.
Police said the group went inside, took out an ATM, then fled in a white SUV, leaving the black SUV behind.
No arrests have been made.
Area Three detectives are investigating.
