At least 6 gambling machines smashed at gas station in Wheeling
A burglary was reported at a gas station in northwest suburban Wheeling, Illinois, early Friday morning.
An employee told CBS News Chicago that at least eight or nine men with sled hammers broke open gambling machines at the Gas N Wash in the 1900 East Hintz Road around 4 a.m.
It is not clear if anything was taken from the gas station.
CBS News Chicago reached out to Wheeling police for more information.
