15-Year-Old Girl Missing From Near West Side

(STMW) -- Police are searching for a 15-year-old girl missing since Monday from the Near West Side.

Sywanda Neal-Erich left her home in the 2400 block of West Polk about 2:30 p.m. Monday and has not been since, according to a missing person alert from Chicago Police.

The teen is described as a 5-foot-8, 125-pound black girl with black hair, brown eyes and medium complexion.

She was last seen wearing a gray sweater with "Hollister" written in white, blue jeans and black Adidas shoes with thin yellow, pink and orange stripes.
