WEATHER BLOG: Getting Milder

Hi Everyone,

Getting milder, then getting warmer, then getting colder. I just gave you the "Spark Notes" version of our next 5 days. We are on a pretty good temperature roller coaster as we move through the first third of January. But where I am going with this involves more of a discussion of Real Estate, and Gaming--chance if you will.

The reason colder air is coming back in Monday IS because of two big Lows, that by then, will be up to our North, and East. With the counter clockwise rotation around those Lows air will, again, move our way out of Central Canada. (Actually be pulled our way by those Lows.) Read into this Real Estate, location if you will. I always say it, but "it" is true, weather at its basic is "where is the air coming from." Real Estate..LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.

Now here comes Gaming.

We know another couple of El Nino driven Lows are going to come crashing into SoCal over the weekend and into next week. That moisture will move East through the southern tier of states. If those Low's follow the path many others have taken this season there will be no issue for us as mild air will return. But if those Lows pass over us, or go East, we might see a touch of "Winter" heading our way. Moisture coing into cold air. Gaming..there is a chance.

Real Estate, and Gaming..not exactly a science lesion in this blog but a lesson in how life really works.

Enjoy some mild-warm temps and worry about all of the above next week. Just be aware. After all it is January, it is Winter.
