Smyrna Cub Scouts plant nearly 400 flags for 9/11 memorial
Cub Scout Pack 61 and the city of Smyrna built a replica of the Twin Towers using nearly 400 flags to honor those killed in the Sept. 11 attacks. The display will remain in place for the city’s 25th anniversary memorial ceremony.
