Metro Atlanta weather: Lower rain chances this week, but a few strong storms possible Monday
North Georgia is getting a break from the widespread rain, with only a 30% chance of scattered showers and storms Monday afternoon. CBS News NEXT Weather Meteorologist Troy Bridges says a few storms could bring strong wind gusts, especially after 2 p.m. Cooler morning temperatures will give way to highs in the mid-80s, while drier weather is expected to settle in for much of the week.
