Gov. Kemp’s final day to act on key Georgia bills could impact taxes, schools and transit

Tuesday marks Gov. Brian Kemp’s final day to sign or veto bills passed during Georgia’s legislative session. Measures still awaiting action could impact MARTA expansion, homeowner associations, school scholarships, rural health care and gig workers. Any bill left unsigned by the deadline will automatically become law.
