Georgia election officials challenge new mail ballot rules before midterms
Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and other Georgia election officials are asking the U.S. Supreme Court to keep new Postal Service requirements from taking effect before the November midterms. They say ballots are already being prepared and there is not enough time to implement the changes without risking delays or confusion.
