Community outraged after dozens of tires dumped in historic South Fulton cemetery
A sacred cemetery in South Fulton has been turned into a dumping ground after someone left more than 100 tires among the graves at Pleasant Hill Victory AME Church. As headstones are displaced and the community reels from the disrespectful act, neighbors and volunteers are stepping up to help clean up and restore the historic site.
