Atlanta kids learn road safety with city’s first traffic garden
Atlanta Public Schools and the Atlanta Department of Transportation have opened the city's first traffic garden at Heritage Academy Elementary. This miniature streetscape gives students a hands-on lesson in road safety, teaching them how to walk and bike safely using realistic signs, crosswalks, and intersections.
