12 U.S. states have sued to block the $110 billion Paramount-Skydance merger with Warner Bros. Discovery, arguing the deal would hurt competition, lower pay, and reduce content and jobs. Paramount-Skydance say the merger would strengthen the industry and promote competition. Paramount-Skydance is the parent company of CBS News Atlanta.
