1 dead, several injured after chemical tank explosion at Washington packaging plant
Authorities are investigating a deadly chemical tank explosion at the Nippon Dynawave Packaging facility in Washington state. Officials say one person was killed, several others suffered serious burns, and multiple employees remain unaccounted for after a tank containing a caustic liquid imploded. Fire crews say about 90,000 gallons of corrosive liquid remain inside the damaged tank.
