Angel Reese doesn't miss a shot as Dream beat Los Angeles 124-88: "I was just in the mode"

Atlanta's offense stole the show in Los Angeles, piling up a franchise-record 124 points behind a perfect night from Angel Reese.

Reese made all nine of her shots and came within two assists of a triple-double as the Atlanta Dream overwhelmed the Los Angeles Sparks 124-88 at Crypto.com Arena.

The 124 points set a Dream franchise record. Atlanta also established team records with 46 made field goals and 35 assists, according to team game notes.

Reese finished with 20 points, 10 rebounds, eight assists and three steals for her league-leading 25th double-double of the season. She made both of her 3-point attempts and became the first Dream player to make nine field goals in a game without a miss.

"I was just in the mode. I mean, when you see the ball go through the net, you just continue to shoot it," Reese said.

"I was just taking the shots that I usually work on in practice," she added. "I didn't even notice it really."

Reese also broke her own WNBA single-season offensive rebounding record. Her second offensive rebound Thursday was her 173rd of the season, moving her past the mark of 172 she set in 2024.
