Massive snow storm makes way for record cold
At least 16 deaths are blamed on the huge and powerful snowstorm that barreled through the Northeast, but now temperatures are expected to plunge well below freezing. Sub-zero wind chill readings expected over the next few days across half the nation. Chief meteorologist at WCBS in New York City Lonnie Quinn reports.
