Grassley: "Mistake" to offer citizenship without securing border
Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, knocked a border security plan proposed by fellow Republicans as part of an immigration reform bill, saying it legalizes "undocumented workers without first securing the borders," and adding, "throwing more money at the problem without results doesn't make sense."
