Extra: Kabul's Police Chief
Earlier this year, "60 Minutes" spent the day with Abdul Rahman Rahman,
who at the time was the police chief of Kabul, Afghanistan's capital and
the country's most populous city. He has since been promoted to Deputy
Prime Minister for Security Affairs.
