Dysfunctional weekend in Washington
It's been a dysfunctional weekend in Washington. Friday night, the Senate failed to pass a temporary bill. Saturday, the federal government ran out of money for the fiscal year and ground to a partial shutdown. There's been a lot of talk from President Trump and key players in Congress, but no deal to end the deadlock yet. CBS News' Errol Barnett reports.
