Deep freeze moves deeper south
Ice breakers have been working hard to clear enough ice in the Hudson River to prevent a disruption in shipping. In Houston, icy conditions caused over 100 wrecks, while two people died on Louisiana's icy roads. Elaine Quijano reports.
